My research is focused on understanding health promotion and the development of optimally effective health promotion messages targeting psychosocial predictors of behaviour. I am particularly interested in health promotion among special populations (e.g., people with SCI, MS) as well as children and youth. My research has focused on understanding the role of supportive others in youth health promotion including parents and teachers in the school environment.
